Gizlilik Politikası
PairHive (“biz”) çiftler için özel bir uygulamadır. Kovanınız bir vitrin değildir. Reklamcıya satılmaz. İçinizi okumak için tasarlanmamıştır.
Kovan içeriğini açık tutmayız
Fotoğraf, video, görsel ve ikinizin iç sohbeti / yazışması düz metin veya açık dosya olarak tutulmaz. Bu içerik şifrelenir. Anahtar sizde ve partnerinizdedir. Biz, PairHive ekibi ve altyapı operatörü olarak bu içeriği okuyamayız, izleyemeyiz, dinleyemeyiz.
Sunucuda duran şey, varsa, yalnızca şifreli bir paket olabilir — içindeki resim, yüz, cümle bize görünmez. Destek talebinde de “mesajınızı açıp bakalım” diyemeyiz; çünkü açamayız.
Neyi açıkça tutarız
Uygulamayı işletmek için yalnızca şu işletim verilerini tutarız:
- Hesap e-postası (Firebase Authentication — giriş)
- Kovan üyeliği: hangi iki hesabın eşleştiği
- Bildirim jetonu (bildirimleri siz açarsanız — cihaz adresi, mesaj metni değil)
Wellness sayacı, eşleşme oyu gibi yapısal işaretler, içeriğin kendisi değildir. Özel görsel ve yazışma bunlardan ayrıdır ve şifreli kalır.
Veriyi nasıl kullanırız
Açık tuttuğumuz işletim verisi yalnızca giriş, eşleşme ve bildirimin çalışması içindir. Şifreli kovan içeriğini okuyamayız; dolayısıyla onu pazarlama, eğitim veya yapay zekâ için kullanmayız.
Hesap ve veri silme
PairHive, Mayka TradeTech (Google Play’deki PairHive uygulamasının geliştiricisi) tarafından sunulur. Hesabınızın ve bağlı işletim verisinin silinmesini istediğiniz zaman talep edebilirsiniz.
Silme talebi nasıl yapılır
- PairHive hesabınıza bağlı e-postadan hello@pairhive.app adresine, konu satırı PairHive hesap silme talebi olacak şekilde yazın.
- Sahipliği doğrulayabilmemiz için PairHive’a giriş yaptığınız e-postayı ekleyin.
- E-posta ile onaylarız ve talebi 30 gün içinde (genelde daha erken) tamamlarız.
Neler silinir
- Firebase Authentication hesabınız (giriş)
- Kovan üyeliğiniz
- Size bağlı şifreli paketler (içini okumadan silinir)
- Bildirim jetonları
Neler tutulabilir
- Yasal, güvenlik veya dolandırıcılık önleme için tutmak zorunda olduğumuz asgari işletim kayıtları — içerik değil — yalnızca yasanın gerektirdiği süre
- Yedekler, canlı sistemlerden silindikten sonra en fazla 90 gün içinde düşer
Hesabınızı silmek kovanınıza erişiminizi kaldırır. Partneriniz kendi hesabını veya öğeleri silene kadar kendi cihazındaki kopyayı görebilir; iki hesabın birlikte kalkması gerekiyorsa bize yazın.
Birçok öğeyi hesap kapatmadan uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz. Tam hesap silme, yukarıdaki e-posta talebini gerektirir.

Privacy Policy
PairHive (“we”) is a private app for couples. Your hive is not a storefront. It is not sold to advertisers. It is not designed for us to read.
We do not keep hive content in the clear
Photos, videos, images, and your private chat / messages are not stored as plain text or open files. That content is encrypted. The keys stay with you and your partner. We — the PairHive team and the infrastructure operator — cannot read, watch, or listen to it.
What may sit on a server is, at most, an encrypted package. The picture, the face, the sentence inside it is invisible to us. Support cannot “open your messages and check” — we cannot open them.
What we do keep in the clear
Only the operating data needed to run the app:
- Account email (Firebase Authentication — sign-in)
- Hive membership: which two accounts are paired
- Push tokens (if you enable notifications — a device address, not message text)
Structural marks such as a wellness counter or a match vote are not the content itself. Private media and chat stay separate, and stay encrypted.
How we use data
Clear operating data is used only to sign you in, pair you, and send notifications. We cannot read encrypted hive content, so we do not use it for marketing, training, or AI.
Account and data deletion
PairHive is by Mayka TradeTech (developer of the PairHive app on Google Play). You can request deletion of your account and related operating data at any time.
How to request deletion
- From the email address linked to your PairHive account, send a message to hello@pairhive.app with the subject line PairHive account deletion request.
- Include the email you use to sign in to PairHive so we can verify ownership.
- We will confirm by email and complete the request within 30 days (usually sooner).
What is deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account (sign-in)
- Your hive membership
- Encrypted packages tied to you (deleted without reading them)
- Push notification tokens
What may be retained
- Minimal operating records we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons — not content — only as long as required by law
- Backups may take up to 90 days to roll off after deletion from live systems
Deleting your account removes your access to the hive. Your partner may still see a copy on their own device until they delete items or their account; contact us if you need both accounts removed together.
You can delete many items inside the app without closing your account. Full account deletion requires the email request above.
